Our Team
Jamahl Jarrett
Trustee, LYST; Co-founder of Lambeth Tigers FC
After identifying Lambeth was losing it's love and passion for football, alongside David Marriot, Jamahl reformed Lambeth Tigers FC in 2007. Together, they have built one of the most successful grassroots football clubs in London, with over 200 graduates; from international call ups, to first team debuts.

Jamahl is currently the Director of Football at Lambeth Tigers FC. He oversees the development of players from U7-U16 and writes the syllabus all coaches follow. But it doesn't end there.. Jamahl spent a number of years as a recruitment specialist for Crystal Palace FC, and is currently the Lead Scout for the South for Manchester United FC.
David Marriott
Co-founder of Lambeth Tigers FC
In reforming Lambeth Tigers with Jamahl, David wanted to create a platform for the young people in his community to have fun in a safe environment and express themselves. Over the years, he has been continuously looking at ways to make this happen. He has an excellent eye for talent, and has had huge success working with boys who fall into the pre-academy catchment for a number of years. He spent a number of years working at Crystal Palace FC, most recently heading up pre-academy recruitment. David is also in charge of a team of coaches who deliver community development sessions.

David was awarded an Honorary Doctorate on the 27th April 2022 from Goldsmith's University.
Mark Henderson
Trustee, LYST; Girls Lead, Dulwich Cricket Club
Mark runs the girls section at DCC and is passionate about growing the game among women and girls, and among racially and socially minoritised groups, and about sporting inclusion having the power to change lives. After spending 15 years writing for The Times, Mark is currently Director of Corporate Affairs at The Wellcome Trust, the charitable foundation dedicated to improving health through science.

He has successfully passed on the love of leg spin to his children, but fortunately, both are much better at it than he ever was!
Sinead Blake
Operations Director, LYST
Originally from East London, Sinead has recently moved south of the river, where she’s found a place to call home. She has 10 years of experience as a master trainer and coach, and has also successfully managed commercial fitness centres and programmes. Driven by a long-standing goal to work in the non-profit sector, she now oversees the day-to-day operations of the Griffin.

Sinead is deeply passionate about making physical activity accessible to all, not just a select few, and believes that the mental, physical, and social benefits of sport should be enjoyed by everyone in society.
Laura Foster
Fundraising officer
Having been a touchline mum for 15 years and working in Football Development for County FA and Manager at Street Soccer London, Laura has seen how important playing pitches and community spaces are to clubs and communities.
Over the years, she has seen the number and quality of pitches depleting so being able to work with LYST to bring the Griffin back to life and have 100s of young people and adults enjoying their sport and socialising there has been fantastic.

It is very much a family affair, as Laura has seen her son, Lucas, graduate from Tigers player to Tigers coach during a 10 year stretch as volunteer fundraiser and supporter of Lambeth Tigers FC.
Aisling Roberts
Trustee, LYST
Aisling is involved with LYST because she is passionate about getting girls into sport and supporting them to stay in it. She came for her daughter (who is 13 going on 27) and has stayed involved for all of the girls.

Her background is as a technologist, and she is putting her project management skills to good use to support renovations at the Griffin.

She loves sport and will watch pretty much anything. Of recent memory, her favourite moments sporting include the Lionesses win at the European championships, as well as her native Ireland's superlative win at the Six Nations.
Andy Low
Trustee & Treasurer, LYST
Andy's son played for Lambeth Tigers FC until the age of 16, and he has been hugely impressed with Jamahl and David's vision for the club from a football and community perspective. Stephen gave a presentation about the ambition with the Griffin ground around 4 years ago and he was sold - and still is.
By day, Andy works in Finance. His sporting career peaked in 1989 as Orpington Rovers U14s most consistent player, since then he has put effort into following his kids' sports and Chelsea FC.
Jermaine Lovell
Bar and Events Manager, LYST
With a huge passion and love for sports, Jermaine launched a grassroots football club in Southwark by the name of Southwark Dynamos FC. He went on to complete coaches badges, coach several age groups and become a scout for AFC Wimbledon.

Jermaine is our newly appointed Bar and Events Manager; combining almost a decade in hospitality management, he is going to take our community, corporate and private hire to the next level.
Abigail Ingram
London Manager, Girls United
Abigail has been London Manager at Girls United since 2019, before that she oversaw the performance programme at Fulham FC.

When she is not cheering on her players at Girls United FC from the sidelines, she is hanging out with her Golden Labrador, Milo.

Stephen Grey
Chair, LYST
Stephen is a Lambeth Tigers parent, and has been a real driving force in getting the Griffin going.

He is passionate that our inner city children deserve access to decent sports facilities and is proud to support Jamahl and David's vision at Lambeth Tigers FC of what football can do to provide hope and change people's lives for the better.

He is a journalist by trade, and a loyal Crystal Palace FC supporter.
